Refund and Cancellation Policy
  • Refunds for digital payment services (AEPS, money transfer, bill payments, recharges) will be processed as per the service provider's policies and regulations.
  • In case of failed transactions where the amount has been debited from the customer's account, refunds will be initiated within 7-10 working days as per RBI guidelines and banking procedures.
  • Commission earned by partners on successful transactions is non-refundable. In case of transaction reversal, the corresponding commission will be adjusted from the partner's account.
  • Refunds for Micro ATM and mPOS device deposits will be processed upon return of the device in working condition, after deducting any applicable charges for damage or wear.
  • Service charges and convenience fees are non-refundable once the transaction has been processed, except in cases of technical errors or system failures attributable to Dezirepay.
  • Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed within a minimum period of 7-15 working days from the date of refund request approval, subject to verification and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Dezirepay reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, the eligibility and quantum of refund payable in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and service provider policies.
  • In case of disputes regarding transactions or refunds, customers should contact our support team immediately with transaction details. All disputes will be resolved as per applicable banking and payment system regulations.
Customer Responsibilities
  • Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and login information.
  • Any transaction made using valid credentials will be considered authorized, and customers are liable for all activities conducted through their accounts.
  • Customers must verify transaction details before confirming any payment or service request.
  • No refund will be provided for transactions executed with incorrect beneficiary details or account information provided by the customer.
