  • You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations including RBI guidelines and banking regulations.
Payment Terms & Conditions:

We ensure that every transaction you conduct online is in a safe and secure environment. We do not take or store any credit card details, debit card details, or banking credentials on our servers. Users will be directed to authorized Payment Gateway or banking interfaces to enter their credentials. All payment gateways used are PCI-DSS compliant and use industry-standard encryption.

  • All transactions are processed in real-time and are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers (banks, NPCI, payment gateways).
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any transaction that appears fraudulent, suspicious, or violates our terms of service.
  • We shall not be liable for any unauthorized use of payment instruments. The liability to use payment instruments fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user.
  • Transaction charges, service fees, and commissions are subject to change without prior notice as per regulatory requirements and business policies.

User Registration & Account Terms:
  • To use our services, you must register and create an account with accurate and complete information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to register and use our services.
  • You must provide valid KYC documents as required by regulatory authorities (PAN card, Aadhaar card, address proof, etc.).
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or engage in fraudulent activities.
  • One user can maintain only one active account. Multiple accounts by the same user are strictly prohibited.
AEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System) Terms:

Service Provider Responsibilities:

  • Providing authentic biometric device for transactions
  • Ensuring customer's Aadhaar is linked with their bank account
  • Verifying customer identity through biometric authentication
  • Providing transaction receipts and maintaining transaction records

Customer Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring Aadhaar number is correctly linked to their bank account
  • Providing accurate biometric information for authentication
  • Verifying transaction details before confirmation
  • Keeping transaction receipts for future reference
  • Reporting any discrepancies immediately to customer support

Transaction Limits and Charges:

  • Daily transaction limits as per RBI and NPCI guidelines apply
  • Service charges may vary based on transaction type and amount
  • Failed transactions due to technical issues will be reversed within 7-10 working days
Money Transfer Terms:
  • Money transfer services are provided through authorized banking channels (NEFT, IMPS, UPI)
  • Transfer limits are as per RBI guidelines and banking regulations
  • IMPS transactions are processed instantly, while NEFT may take 2-4 hours depending on batch timing
  • User is responsible for providing accurate beneficiary account details
  • PG SKILL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for delays or failures caused by banking system issues
  • In case of failed transactions, amount will be refunded to source account within 7-10 working days
  • Service charges are non-refundable once transaction is initiated
  • All money transfer transactions are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) regulations
Bill Payment (BBPS) Terms:
  • Bill payments are processed through Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS)
  • User must verify biller name, account number, and bill amount before payment
  • Payment confirmation will be sent via SMS and email
  • Bill payment processing time varies by biller (instant to 24 hours)
  • Convenience charges may apply as per BBPS regulations
  • In case of payment failure, refund will be processed as per biller's policy
  • Customers should retain payment receipts until bill amount is reflected in biller's system
  • Dispute resolution will follow BBPS grievance mechanism
Mobile & DTH Recharge Terms:
  • Recharges are processed instantly upon successful payment
  • User must verify mobile number/DTH ID and operator before confirmation
  • Recharge plans and tariffs are as per operator's current offerings
  • In case of failed recharge, amount will be refunded within 24-48 hours
  • Complaints regarding plan benefits should be directed to respective operators
  • No refund for successfully completed recharges
  • Special offers and cashback are subject to specific terms and conditions
Micro ATM & mPOS Services Terms:
  • Devices are provided on a refundable security deposit basis
  • User is responsible for safe custody and maintenance of the device
  • Any damage, loss, or theft of device must be reported immediately
  • Security deposit will be refunded upon device return in working condition
  • Charges for device damage or loss will be deducted from security deposit
  • User must comply with all security protocols for cash handling
  • Transaction disputes should be resolved with proper documentation
Commission & Settlement Terms:
  • Commission rates are subject to change based on business policies
  • Commissions are calculated on successful transactions only
  • In case of transaction reversal, corresponding commission will be adjusted
  • Settlement is processed as per agreed terms (daily, weekly, or on-demand basis)
  • Minimum settlement amount criteria may apply
  • TDS will be deducted as per Income Tax regulations
  • Settlement delays due to banking holidays or technical issues are not liable for compensation
Prohibited Activities:
  • Using the platform for illegal or fraudulent transactions
  • Money laundering or terrorism financing activities
  • Sharing account credentials with unauthorized persons
  • Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise platform security
  • Creating fake accounts or providing false information
  • Using the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
  • Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Limitation of Liability:
  • PG SKILL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED acts as a technology platform and is not responsible for service provider actions
  • We are not liable for losses due to user error, incorrect information, or system failures beyond our control
  • Maximum liability is limited to the transaction amount in question
  • We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Force majeure events absolve us from contractual obligations
Dispute Resolution:
  • All disputes should be reported within 30 days of transaction
  • Disputes will be investigated and resolved as per company policy and regulatory guidelines
  • For BBPS transactions, BBPS grievance mechanism will be followed
  • Final resolution may take up to 45 days depending on case complexity
  • All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
Modifications to Terms:

PG SKILL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
